Power Rangers: Megaforce (Trivia)

• Megaforce is the third Power Rangers season since Mighty Morphin and Zeo to use the morph call "It's Morphin Time!" once when the Rangers initiate their morph sequence and the second following Samurai to use the two syllable words "Go Go" regarding the team name.
• Megaforce is the second Power Rangers season, following season 2 of MMPR, to have the Red Ranger's zord being a dragon.
• Megaforce is the first Power Rangers season, for the first time in 20 years, to have the Black Ranger's zord be themed after a snake.
• Megaforce is the second series to feature a Blue Ranger's zord being themed after a shark, first being Wild Force with its Blue Ranger's Surging Shark Wildzord.
• This is the first series where the Rangers' morphers are modeled after the mentor (Gosei).
• Like Power Rangers: Samurai before it, Megaforce included some to all character names from its Sentai basis.
• Unlike Power Rangers: Samurai before it, Megaforce's Megazord cockpits are from its Sentai basis, whereas Samurai/Super Samurai's zord gear-rooms are 100% American produced.
• For the first time since Time Force, the Rangers' mouth pieces to their helmets are enbossled lips.
• This is the second season where the main theme for the season has been in a similar tune to the previous season, in this case, it uses the same theme as Power Rangers Samurai and Super Samurai. The first was with the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Zeo. In both cases, the "Go Go Power Rangers" theme is used to different degrees.
• Like Mighty Morphin and Zeo, Megaforce also has two mentors, with one of them a supernatural being, who is nothing but his head, and second his robotic assistant. In Megaforce, the two mentors are Gosei, and Tensou, while in Mighty Morphin and Zeo, the two mentors were Zordon, and Alpha 5.
• This is the first Power Rangers series to use footage from multiple, previously unadapted Super Sentai series' in a single episode as Mega Mission uses footage from both Tensou Sentai Goseiger and Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
• This is the first anniversary season where their main Sentai counterpart, (Goseiger), is not counted as an anniversary season. However, it also uses footage from Gokaiger, which is an anniversary season.
• Emma, the pink ranger, joked that she wasn't sure about being an ranger due to helment hair, similar to what Kimberly Hart said in Mighty Morphin.
• Megaforce is the 4th Power Rangers season to obviously use the word "Force" in its title, previously used for Time Force (2001), Wild Force (2002), and Mystic Force (2006). However it is Saban's first Power Rangers series since Time Force to have the word "Force" in its name.
